The second quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top 5 music and podcast apps in Poland, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

YouTube Music experienced a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at approximately $20.2K in the week of April 4. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 8.9K to 9.5K. The app also saw a steady increase in weekly active users, rising from around 2.35M at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 2.53M by early June.

TIDAL Music: HiFi Sound showed consistent revenue figures, generally hovering around $8.5K to $9.9K per week. Weekly downloads peaked at 5.1K in mid-April, while weekly active users demonstrated slight fluctuations, with numbers ranging between 124K and 143K throughout the quarter.

TOK FM - Radio i Podcasty saw its revenue peak at $4.1K in the final week of June. Weekly downloads varied between 1.4K to 1.8K, with a notable increase towards the end of the quarter.

Deezer: Music Player, Podcast maintained steady revenue, peaking at around $3.5K in early June. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 1.2K to 1.5K. Active users showed a slight increase, from approximately 14.8K at the end of March to around 14.7K by the end of June.

Lastly, newonce experienced a consistent revenue trend, peaking at around $1.2K in the final week of June. Weekly downloads ranged from 300 to 500, with a noticeable increase in early June.
